About Dikla Akrat

Although she is the first person to call when a high-pressure situation arises, Dikla Akrat is motivated by the simplicity of everyday life. She also realizes when self-care is necessary. Her favorite thing about life is taking the time to appreciate everything nature has to offer, especially the sea. She will look for opportunities to spend time in nature whenever she can, with a special emphasis on being near her beloved water and around animals. Dikla travels worldwide for business but the place she calls home is on a little island where time appears to stand still. Swimming  and hiking for long distances are two of her favorite activities when she wants to relax. A mother of three kids who lost their father when they were young, Dikla has always made a commitment to herself and her children that she would do whatever it took to ensure that they had a happy and healthy childhood.

Dikla’s first foray into the working world began over 25 years ago. The Isrotel Hotel Chain in Tel Aviv provided Dikla with a wide range of managerial experience throughout her 15-year tenure with the company. The field of hospitality was a perfect match for Dikla’s effervescent personality, and she enjoyed her time as a reservation manager for several years before advancing to the position of customer service representative. Her organizational skills and ability to problem-solve were rapidly recognized by her superiors, and Dikla Akrat was promoted to the post of marketing and sales director, a position that she felt completely encapsulated her character.

Since that time, Dikla Akrat’s work history has only become more varied and impressive. She has refined and polished her skills and broadened her network to include professionals all around the world. With years of comprehensive experience as a director of compliance, a call center executive, and a highly successful marketing director, she has spent the last few years as a self-employed consultant who is always in demand. Recent travels took her to the United Kingdom, where she put her outstanding abilities to work to help a company in distress. While she was thankful for the opportunity to spend several years living overseas and assisting the company in its recovery, one of her proudest moments occurred when she recognized the scale of her achievement and saw the looks of gratitude and relief on the faces of the employees and owners.
